Activo-Med has been a premium manufacturer of therapeutic and training systems for equestrian sport for over 20 years. We are amongst the leading businesses worldwide in pulsed electromagnetic field therapy (PEMF therapy).
In early 2018, Activomed became part of the renowned stable fitter Röwer & Rüb in Thedinghausen.

Two things are of great importance to us: optimum equine health, and optimum performance.

Therefore, we have made it our mission to increase the satisfaction of horses as well as riders. 
 

Production

ACTIVOMED was founded at the beginning of 1999. In the beginning, the team consisted of four people. One brought the technical know-how, one the veterinary medicine knowledge, a technician and a seamstress. Today twelve employees work at ACTIVOMED. A worldwide dealer network supports the success of our company.

The production facility for our magnetic field systems is located in Mechtersen in Lower Saxony, surrounded by horse pastures. Here, our team works with great dedication on the production and the continuing further development of our products. All products are handcrafted with care and "Made in Germany".

Our team is an exciting mix of visionaries and pragmatists. Our creative minds and innovative technicians work together on our products, uniting technical expertise with fascination for the unique creatures we call horses. This fascination is shared by each of us and binds us as a team. 

Workshop

The IMPULSELINE magnetic field systems have meanwhile become established solutions used by veterinary surgeons, hippotherapists, grooms, and riders.
